directions:

using a nickel sized amount, foam up in your hands using a little water and massage over face. rinse very thoroughly and proceed with the rest of your regimen. 

if you need more anti-inflammatory or drying action, leave the foamed up cleanser on the skin for several minutes before rinsing off. 

warnings:

BP bleaches, so wash your hands thoroughly after using it and be mindful when using colored fabric towels, sheets and shirts.
